We are pleased to announce the creation of a "new and improved" Ocean Plasma website at www.oceanplasma.net and invite you to spend some time exploring the new features, articles and other "goodies". The site frequently references an important ocean water site that has a wealth of factual and historical ocean water information.

You will find a good deal of new information in our new Ocean Plasma site as well as a completely new look.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT OCEAN PLASMA SOLUTION

We have found that the Hypertonic formula is best for children from the age of five on to adolescence, and for adults on to the age of 60. We recommend the Isotonic formula for senior citizens and anyone that is ill. The Isotonic formula is required for persons with high blood pressure or kidney problems. Persons that feel run down and lacking in energy do best by consuming the Isotonic formula. Athletes that do high performance sports, such as long distance cycling and running, swimming and competitive Sports, such as tennis or soccer, can avoid fatigue if they drink Isotonic Ocean Plasma before and after these activities.

The most effective way to drink Ocean Plasma is 20 minutes before a meal, or an hour after. We encourage you to keep the water in your mouth for a minute which will improve the digestion of the nutrients. I prefer to drink my formula three times a day, before breakfast, lunch and dinner.
